Ingredients
- 4 slice whole wheat bread
- 1 each avocado thinly sliced or mashed (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup radish thinly sliced
- 12 each grape tomatoes halved
- 1/2 tsp black pepper cracked
- 1/2 tsp fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
- Toast bread until golden brown.
- Layer 1/4 cup of sliced avocado on the toasted bread.
- Next, layer 1 Tbsp. of radishes and 6 grape tomato halves on top of the avocado slices.
- Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1/8 tsp of parsley, 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp salt over the toast for garnish.
