Ingredients
- 4 each fresh nectarines medium
- 2 cup fresh green beans French
- 1/4 cup fresh scallions sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts shelled

Instructions
- Wash and dry nectarines and green beans. Cut the ends off of the green beans.
- Cut the nectarines in half- remove the pit/seed. Next slice the nectarine into bite sized slices. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

4 sliced nectarines = 2 cups sliced.
