- 3 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 ea Cinnamon Stick
- 1/8 tsp Ground Allspice
- In a pan, combine cranberries, water, sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes until everything starts to bubble, turn heat down and the sauce will thicken. Chill. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
May substitute 1 tsp of cinnamon for the 1 cinnamon stick.
