Ingredients
- 1 ea French baguette 1/2 inch slices
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 each large tomatoes diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with a little bit of olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden and crisp.
- In a medium bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and the remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the bread slices are toasted, spoon the tomato mixture evenly onto each slice. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each bruschetta. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately and enjoy!
