Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt vanilla, fat free
- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 ea strawberries fresh
- 1/4 cup mango chunks frozen
- 1/4 cup blueberries fresh
- 1 ea kiwi fruit fresh
- 1 tsp white chia seeds
- 1 tssp ground brown flax seed
- 1 ea mint sprig fresh

Instructions
Overnight Oats
- To prepare overnight oats place oats in a bowl.
- Pour milk and yogurt over the top.
- Fold ingredients together gently.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Fruit Instructions
- Thaw and drain mango.
- Wash and dry blueberries, kiwi and strawberries.
- Peel and slice kiwi into ¼” slices.
- Cap and slice strawberries.
To Assemble Each Bowl
- Place 1 cup oat base in a bowl and top with: ¼ cup blueberries, 1 tsp flax seeds, 1 sliced kiwi, ¼ cup mango, 1 tsp chia seeds, and 2 sliced strawberries. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
Chef Tips
Do not use steel cut oats.
Swap the milk and yogurt for non-dairy options in order to make this recipe vegan friendly!
