- 4 cup dried garbanzo beans cooked
- 1 tsp Cajun Bayou Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Cook dried garbanzo beans according to package. Drain well. Toss with olive oil, seasoning and salt. Place on a sheet pan and roast in a 350F degree oven until dried and crunchy, but not too hard, about 45 minutes. Toss a few times during cooking.
- Cool and store at room temperature in a tightly sealed container.
This recipe can also be made with rinsed canned garbanzo beans. Try mixing it up with other seasoning blends too.
