- 3 Tbsp fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 3 Tbsp 100% apple juice
- 1/3 cup Granny Smith apple peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/3 cup English cucumber sliced
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
