Apple Cucumber Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt fat free plain
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 3 Tbsp 100% apple juice
  • 1/3 cup Granny Smith apple peeled and diced
  • 1/3 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup fresh English cucumbers sliced

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
