1/2 cupwhole milk

Instructions
Overnight Oats
To prepare overnight oats place oats in a bowl.
Pour milk and yogurt over the top.
Fold ingredients together gently.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Fruit Instructions
Thaw and drain mango.
Wash and dry blueberries, kiwi and strawberries.
Peel and slice kiwi into ¼” slices.
Cap and slice strawberries.
To Assemble Each Bowl
Place 1 cup oat base in a bowl and top with: ¼ cup blueberries, 1 tsp flax seeds, 1 sliced kiwi, ¼ cup mango, 1 tsp chia seeds, and 2 sliced strawberries. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
