- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt fat free plain
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 tsp fresh garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh scallions chopped
- 3 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp fresh tarragon chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
