Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup unsalted cashew halves
- 1 cup walnut halves & pieces
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 4 tsp lime peel grated
- 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp chipotle powder
- 2 oz egg white pasteurized
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Muddle lime zest and salt into a paste. Add brown sugar and chipotle powder. Whisk in egg whites. Add nuts and toss until coated. Place mixture in a single layer on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven, sprinkle with lime juice, and return to oven for another 2 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- Serve at room temperature.
