Ingredients
- 1 lb grilled chicken breast
- 1 ea bartlett pear
- 1 cup sweet kale chopped bagged salad
- 4 ea telera bread rolls sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 4 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions
- Season and grill chicken breast and cool, cut into strips on bias/angle.
- Cut, core and slice pear into thin pieces, ¼ pear per sandwich.
- Cut and toast bun if desired.
- To assemble each sandwich: bottom of roll layer 1 oz goat cheese, 1 oz slaw, 4 oz chicken, 3 slices of pear, and 1 tsp balsamic glaze and top of bread roll.
Chef Tips
Chef’s Tip: Swap pears for apples, roasted beets, or roasted sweet potato rings or replace the goat cheese with brie, pumpkin puree or hummus for a different spin on flavors.
