1lbgrilled chicken breast
1 eabartlett pear
1cupsweet kale chopped bagged salad
4eatelera bread rollssliced
4ozgoat cheese
4tbspbalsamic glaze

Instructions
Season and grill chicken breast and cool, cut into strips on bias/angle.
Cut, core and slice pear into thin pieces, ¼ pear per sandwich.
Cut and toast bun if desired.
To assemble each sandwich: bottom of roll layer 1 oz goat cheese, 1 oz slaw, 4 oz chicken, 3 slices of pear, and 1 tsp balsamic glaze and top of bread roll.
Notes
Chef's Tip: Swap pears for apples, roasted beets, or roasted sweet potato rings or replace the goat cheese with brie, pumpkin puree or hummus for a different spin on flavors.
