Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 cups Soy Milk, Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 2/3 cup Strawberries, capped and sliced

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except for the berries, in a container that can go in the fridge. Let sit in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
- To serve, scoop chia pudding into a bowl and add berries on top.
