Ingredients
- 16 oz pizza dough
- 1 Tbsp oil canola, avocado or olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup green peppers julienne
- ¼ cup green onions sliced
- 4 ea large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pork sausage crumbles, cooked
- 2 Tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions
Grilled Pizza Dough
- Portion dough into 4 oz pieces and form into (4) 6” round crusts.
- Brush each dough with ½ tsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat and grill pizza crust 2-3 minutes per side until cooked.
- Allow crust to cool before topping.
Scrambled Eggs
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Crack your eggs into the pan and scramble.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat once cooked.
Roasted Peppers
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Slice your green onions thin and slice your green peppers into thin strips.
- Place your peppers on a parchment lined baking sheet, without oil, and roast in over for about 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly.
Pizza
- Change the oven temp to 400 degrees for cooking the pizzas.
- For each pizza crust, top with ¼ cup of scrambled eggs, ¼ cup sausage crumbles, 2 Tbsp green peppers, ¼ cup of cheddar cheese, and ¼ cup mozzarella blend cheese.
- Place pizzas on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 7-10 minutes.
- When pizzas are done, remove from oven and garnish each one with ½ tbsp sriracha sauce, ½ tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp green onions.
