Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tbsp fresh basil chiffonade
- 8 oz mozzarella diced
- 1-1/2 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 6 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add 2 tsp of chiffonade basil, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette. Toss well to combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to assemble the salad.
To assemble each Salad
- In an entree bowl arrange 1-1/2 cups of spinach in bottom of the bowl.
- Top spinach with 1/2 cup of the tomato mozzarella mixture. Garnish with 1 teaspoon of basil and sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
