In a mixing bowl add 2 tsp of chiffonade basil, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette. Toss well to combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to assemble the salad.
To assemble each Salad
In an entree bowl arrange 1-1/2 cups of spinach in bottom of the bowl.
Top spinach with 1/2 cup of the tomato mozzarella mixture. Garnish with 1 teaspoon of basil and sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
