Ingredients
- 4 oz. fresh tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 2 oz. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil chopped

Instructions
- In a blender, combine tomatoes, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, chili flakes, salt and pepper.While blender is running, drizzle in olive oil until emulsified.Stir in basil.
