Ingredients
- 3 each Asparagus Stalks
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups lettuce blend of choice
- ¼ cup red cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup carrots, shredded
- 1/8 cup fennel, shaved
- 1 ea radish, thinly sliced
- 1.5 oz boursin garlic herb cheese
- 3 Tbsp Italian dressing

Instructions
- Heat a grill or cast iron pan, season asparagus with salt and oil and grill for 2-3 minutes turning once or twice.
- Allow to chill and cut into 1″ pieces.
- Prepare lettuce, cabbage, carrots, fennel and radishes.
- To assemble one salad: Toss together all ingredients with dressing and enjoy chilled.
