Instructions
Heat a grill or cast iron pan, season asparagus with salt and oil and grill for 2-3 minutes turning once or twice.
Allow to chill and cut into 1" pieces.
Prepare lettuce, cabbage, carrots, fennel and radishes.
To assemble one salad: Toss together all ingredients with dressing and enjoy chilled.
Notes
Recommended to pair with your favorite grilled protein of choice!
