- 1 cup Brussels sprouts fresh
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
- Wash and thinly shave the Brussels sprouts. Toss with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve!
