Get warmed up with our pumpkin pie oatmeal with toasted pecans. This dish is great to make during fall when pumpkins are in season.

Ingredients
- 2 cup old fashioned oats Dry
- 4-1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 1 cup fresh pumpkin canned
- 6 Tbsp pecan halves chopped

Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except for pumpkin puree and pecan) into a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and then fold in pumpkin puree. Stir to heat through. Serve with toasted pecans on the side.
