Ingredients
- 3 ea cardamom pods crushed
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened black cherry juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3/4 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 ea dry bay leaf
- 1/2 ea cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Place the cherries in a wide mouthed mason jar. Bring red wine vinegar, black cherry juice, honey, black peppercorns, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, sea salt and cardamom pods to a boil in a stainless steel pan. Pour the mixture over the cherries. Seal and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Enjoy on salads, cheese platters, or your favorite mocktail!
