Ingredients
- 12 oz green beans fresh
- ¼ cup red onions thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup cannellini beans low sodium, canned, drained
- ¾ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 3 T sunflower seed kernels
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
- Steam whole green beans in a pot of boiling water until they are al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Place in a bowl with ice water to stop cooking, remove quickly and dry.
- Cut onions, tomatoes and drain beans and add to a bowl with green beans, salt and dressing and toss to combine.
- Place in service bowl and garnish with sunflower seeds and sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper.
