¼cupred onionsthinly sliced
1/3cupItalian dressing
1cupcannellini beanslow sodium, canned, drained
¾cupcherry tomatoeshalved
3Tsunflower seed kernels
1/4tspsalt

Steam whole green beans in a pot of boiling water until they are al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Place in a bowl with ice water to stop cooking, remove quickly and dry.
Cut onions, tomatoes and drain beans and add to a bowl with green beans, salt and dressing and toss to combine.
Place in service bowl and garnish with sunflower seeds and sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper.
