Our simple long grain wild rice recipe can be served as a side dish to compliment roasted chicken, meatloaf, or steak.

- 2 oz salted butter
- 1/2 each long grain and wild rice blend
- In large pot, boil 5-1/2 cups of water. In a large pot, combine boiling water, butter, rice and seasoning pack that comes with packaged rice blend. Stir to mix. Cover tightly.
- Pre-heat oven to 350F and bake for 30 minutes or use a convection oven at 300F for 25 minutes (or until all liquid is absorbed and internal temperature reaches 145F). Fluff with fork.
