Lebanese Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 8 tsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 each garlic cloves peeled
  • 1/4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 Tbsp ground cumin

Instructions

  • Add pumpkin, tahini, lemon, garlic, and spices into food processor. Run processor and stream in olive oil, a small amount at a time until hummus until smooth.
  • Once blended, remove from food processor and place into the serving vessel.
    Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
