Homemade Almond Butter & Celery

Homemade Almond Butter served with fresh celery sticks for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup almonds whole
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 bunch celery

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 300F degrees. On a sheet pan, roast the almonds for about 20 minutes, stirring half way through so they roast evenly. Remove from oven and let cool.
  • In a food processor, blend the almonds until they are grainy. Add the oil and blend until the butter is smooth. Season with the sea salt.
  • Serve with celery sticks for dipping. Enjoy!
