Pre-heat oven to 300F degrees. On a sheet pan, roast the almonds for about 20 minutes, stirring half way through so they roast evenly. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a food processor, blend the almonds until they are grainy. Add the oil and blend until the butter is smooth. Season with the sea salt.
