Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3 3/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 2 Tbsp strawberry nectar (or 1/4 cup pureed strawberries)

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, add ¼ cup of water and turn stove to medium heat. Once hot, turn off the heat and add the salt and sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- In a pitcher, add the lemon juice, strawberry nectar or pureed strawberries, remaining water, and the salt and sugar mixture. Mix well and place in a refrigerator to chill until cold. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week and drink after vigorous exercise.

Combine different 100% juices to your liking, aiming for a carbohydrate content of approximately 15 grams per 8 fluid ounces (1 cup). For every quart (32 ounces) of liquid, add around ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt (~110 mg Sodium per cup).
