- 6 oz Lorna Doone Cookies
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 1/4 cup pecans pieces
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 3 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- Crush cookies. Put all of the ingredients except the last amount of powdered sugar in a food processor and process until blended together. Roll into 1 tbsp balls.
- Roll each ball in second amount of powdered sugar. (You can use extra than listed in recipe for easier rolling.) Enjoy!
