Homemade Almond Butter served with fresh celery sticks for dipping.
Servings: 6 (click to scale)
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cup almonds whole
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 bunch celery
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 300F degrees. On a sheet pan, roast the almonds for about 20 minutes, stirring half way through so they roast evenly. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a food processor, blend the almonds until they are grainy. Add the oil and blend until the butter is smooth. Season with the sea salt.
- Serve with celery sticks for dipping. Enjoy!
