Ingredients
For the Chia Seed Pudding
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
For the Bowl
- 3 cup chia seed pudding
- 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup kiwi sliced
- 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
- 1/4 cup granola

Instructions
For the Chia Seed Pudding
- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk for 1–2 minutes until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a container, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to set.
For the Bowl
- Scoop ¾ cup of chia seed pudding into a bowl and spread it evenly to form a smooth base layer.
- Randomly place 2 tablespoons of strawberries, kiwi, and mandarin oranges around the bowl on top of the chia seed pudding. Sprinkle the bowl with 1 tablespoon of granola.
