Ingredients
- ½ ea cinnamon stick
- ½ ea star anise
- 3/8 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups apple cider
- 4 Tbsp frozen cranberries
- 4 slices orange
- 4 ea cinnamon sticks
- 1 ea red delicious apple
- ¾ cup Lemon Bubly
Honey Simple Syrup
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup honey

Instructions
- Prepare sub recipes according to recipe.
- Add ginger, star anise, and cinnamon stick to honey simple syrup, after the honey has melted and combined. Simmer for 3 minutes and remove from heat.
- Let cool to room temperature and remove spices. Hold cold for assembly.
- Thinly slice apple and orange.
- Assembly: Fill a shaker with ice, add 1/2 c apple cider and 1 tbsp spiced honey syrup. Shake until combined. Strain and pour in a wine glass. Top with 1.5oz bulby and garnish with 1 floating orange slice, 1 slice apple, a cinnamon stick, and 1 tbsp frozen cranberries.
Honey Simple Syrup
- Add honey and water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and stir to dissolve honey.
