  • 3/4 cup radish small diced
  • 1 1/2 cup cucumbers sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup jicama small diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tbsp scallions chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
