Ingredients
Chia Pudding Base
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
 - 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
 - 1 cup whole milk
 
Pomegranate Orange Chia Pudding Parfait with Almonds
- 2 cups Chia pudding base
 - 8 oz orange sections fresh, peeled
 - 2 oz pomegranate seeds
 - 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
 - 1/8 oz sliced almonds toasted
 - 1/8 oz fresh mint sprig
 
Instructions
Chia Pudding Base
- Add yogurt, milk and chia seeds in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
 - Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours, serve cold.
 
Pomegranate Orange Chia Pudding Parfait with Almonds
- Place 1/4 cup yogurt in the bottom of a 9 oz cup.
 - Top with 3-4 orange segments and 1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds.
 - Add 1/4 cup chia pudding.
 - Repeat steps 1-3 (yogurt, fruit, chia pudding).
 - Garnish with 2 orange segments, 1 tsp pomegranate seeds, 1 tsp toasted Almonds and a sprig of mint.
