Peach Coconut Chia Pudding

Cool down with coconut bliss. Our peach coconut chia pudding is the perfect balance of tropical creaminess and sun-ripened sweetness. Plus, a boost of omega-3 rich chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 3 small peaches (or 1 large) diced
  • 5 Tbsp shredded coconut toasted
  • 1 cup Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk unsweetened
  • ½ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare coconut chia pudding by adding yogurt, coconut milk and chia seeds in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

Assembly

  • Stir pudding and place ½ cup in a bowl. Top with 1/4 cup diced peaches. Add 1 Tbsp toasted coconut.
