- 5 cup plain soy milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zested
- 3 Tbsp matcha tea powder
- 1/2 cup blueberry juice fresh pressed
- 1 cup blueberries fresh

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together until fully incorporated. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight. Stir and serve topped with fresh blueberries.
