Ingredients
- 1 each kiwi
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 cup water
- 1 tsp fresh mint
- 1/2 each kiwi
- 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
- Peel and cut first kiwi into 4 pieces. Mix in 2/3 cup water. Puree with an immersion blender or a food processor. Strain through a fine strainer and discard the pulp. Mix kiwi juice with second listed water. Refrigerate water overnight.
- Wash mint leaves and set aside. Peel and thinly slice second kiwi into circles.Fill cup with ice, fille with cold kiwi water and garnish with sliced kiwi and mint.
