Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp agave nectar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 8 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
- cooking spray
- 1/3 cup banana chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, applesauce, agave, maple syrup and canola oil.
- Add oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Mix until evenly coated with wet ingredients. Prepare parchment lined sheet tray with pan spray. Spread oat mixture flat in a thin layer on prepared pans.
- Bake in preheated 300 F oven. Bake until golden brown (~45 minutes; stirring well every 15 minutes). Allow granola to cool. Add the banana chips and cranberries, combine well.
