1Tbsplight brown sugar
1/2tspground cinnamon
1/4tspground ginger
1/4tspkosher salt
1/4cupunsweetened applesauce
2Tbspagave nectar
1 1/2Tbspmaple syrup
1tspcanola oil
8 1/2cupsold fashioned oats
1/3cuppumpkin seeds
1/3cuproasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
cooking spray
1/3cupbanana chips
1/4cupdried cranberries

Instructions
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, applesauce, agave, maple syrup and canola oil.
Add oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Mix until evenly coated with wet ingredients. Prepare parchment lined sheet tray with pan spray. Spread oat mixture flat in a thin layer on prepared pans.
Bake in preheated 300 F oven. Bake until golden brown (~45 minutes; stirring well every 15 minutes). Allow granola to cool. Add the banana chips and cranberries, combine well.
