Ingredients
- 1 pound snow peas stems removed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger minced
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp canola oil

Instructions
- Bring pot of water to a boil. Add in snow peas. Cook for a just a minute to soften snow peas up.
- Heat oil in hot skillet and saute ginger briefly, and in snow peas. Toss to coat and season with salt.
