Ingredients
- 4 ea hard boiled egg
- 1 cup avocado
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 4 sl multigrain bread
- 1/4 cup radish, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 cup arugula

Instructions
- Slice the hard boiled eggs into slices.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado and add the lime juice. Mix until well combined.
- Toast the bread. Smash 1/4 cup of the avocado mix on the slice of the toasted bread. Next, lay 1 egg sliced all over the smashed avocado. Next layer 1 Tbsp. of sliced radishes in between the egg slices. Sprinkle 1/8 tsp of everything bagel seasoning over the toast for garnish. Top with 2 Tbsp. of arugula.
