Cran Apple Almond Boursin Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 each green apple matchstick cut
  • 1 each head bibb lettuce
  • 6 cups spring mix
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes halved
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 6 oz garlic herb boursin cheese
  • 6 floz balsamic dressing

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare all produce.
  • In a bowl toss together all ingredients until well combined. Toss with dressing or serve dressing on the side.

Pair this with your favorite protein and if you can’t find Boursin cheese, substitute with goat cheese!
