Ingredients
- 1 cup orange mandarin sections fresh or canned (and drained)
 - 1 cup grapefruit sections fresh or canned (and drained)
 - 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
 - 2 tsp red wine vinegar
 - 1 tsp lemon juice
 - 3/4 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp round mustard
 - 4 cups fresh spinach leaves

Instructions
- Toss together the oranges and grapefruit. Combine oil, both vinegars, lemon juice, salt, pepper and dry mustard in blender. Toss the spinach leaves with the vinaigrette and garnish with citrus mixture.

This recipe is a delicious base! Customize this salad with your favorite toppings or any leftovers you might have in your pantry from toasted nuts, other fruit, avocado, thinly sliced red onion.
