Ingredients
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp fresh garlic chopped
- 1 lb firm tofu drained
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp fennel seed
- 2 tsp paprika ground

Instructions
- Heat sauté pan and add oil.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chili powder, paprika, ground fennel seed, cumin and salt. Brown on low heat for 1 minute.
- Crumble tofu and add to pot. Cook for 8 minutes until crumbled and heated through.
