Chorizo Spiced Tofu Crumbles

Tofu seasoned with garlic, chili powder, paprika and cumin. It delivers the perfect balance of heat and smokiness without the meat. Versatile and flavorful, it's ideal for adding a delicious kick to tacos, burritos, breakfast scrambles, and more.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic chopped
  • 1 lb firm tofu drained
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp fennel seed
  • 2 tsp paprika ground

Instructions

  • Heat sauté pan and add oil.
  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add chili powder, paprika, ground fennel seed, cumin and salt. Brown on low heat for 1 minute.
  • Crumble tofu and add to pot. Cook for 8 minutes until crumbled and heated through.
