Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
 - 1/2 oz fresh basil
 - 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
 - 1 clove fresh garlic
 - 1 1/2 Tbsp pine nuts
 - 1 1/2 Tbsp walnuts halves and pieces
 - 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 - 1/2 tsp kosher salt
 - 1 oz fresh carrot tops

Instructions
- Wash all produce prior to prepping. Place all ingredients except oil in a food processor. Process to a finely ground consistency. Add olive oil and process again until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

May omit pine nuts and / or walnuts.
