Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh carrot chopped fine
  • 2 oz fresh cucumbers peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 oz fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz fresh apples chopped

Instructions

  • Add diced raw carrots into the blender and chop. Then add the remaining ingredients and puree until very smooth.
