Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp whole wheat flour
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 cup quick oats
- 7 sprays cooking spray
- 1 1/4 lb fresh blackberries
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Prepare pan with pan spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, whole wheat flour, oil, and oats. Mix until evenly distributed and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, toss blackberries with cornstarch, sugar, and lemon juice. Place berry mixture in prepared pan. Sprinkle with crumbled oat mixture. Bake until topping is golden brown, about 30-45 minutes. Check crisp periodically and cover with foil if crumble browns too quickly.
