Instructions

For the Sweet Heat Buffalo Yogurt Spread:

  • In a mixing bowl with a whisk, combine the Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and honey. Mix well until fully combined.

For the Southwestern Chicken Breast:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, oil, seasoning, lime juice, and salt. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 15–30 minutes, if time allows. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 2 minutes per side, until lightly browned. Transfer the chicken to a parchment-lined baking sheet or leave it in the oven-safe skillet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

For the Blue Cheese Slaw:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking until the dressing is smooth and emulsified. Add the shredded cabbage mix, blue cheese crumbles, and chopped parsley. Toss until the cabbage is evenly coated with the dressing. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

For the Wrap:

  • Spread 1 tablespoon of sweet heat buffalo yogurt spread evenly around the middle of the wrap.
  • Layer the following on top of the sweet heat buffalo yogurt spread, in this order: 1 tsp of blue cheese, 3 oz sliced southwestern chicken breast, 1/4 cup of blue cheese slaw, and 2 tbsp of spring mix.
  • Fold over 1/4 of the wrap on the bottom and one side of the tortilla, then roll over the top of the tortilla.
