Roasted Apple Greek Yogurt Parfait with Granola, Cinnamon and Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 lb apples diced, leave skins on
  • 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider
  • 1/2 cup granola choose your favorite
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cup fat free Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Make roasted apples: Place apples in a mixing bowl. Toss with cider and brown sugar. Place on a sheet pan and roast in a 350F oven for 10 minutes, remove and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey and cinnamon. get our serving vessel of choice and layer cinnamon honey Greek yogurt, then roasted apples, and top with granola.
